Reserve a Room/Schedule an Event

A Room Request form must be completed for all requests for room and/or facility use. No general email requests or voicemail messages will be accepted. Please read the Facilities Scheduling Policy before reserving a room. Complete the form below, or download the fillable PDF Room Request Form and submit as an e-mail attachment to Heather King, Facilities Scheduler, by email  or drop it by the Church Office. An email confirmation will be sent when requests are finalized.

Please submit your room requests at least two weeks in advance of your event.
